Hi all! It’s time to talk about one of the most famous fast food chain in the world: Hard-Rock Cafe. I chose it as a subject because I’m so impressed with the delicious hamburgers of Hard Rock-Café. Actually the reason of my good impression on Hard Rock Café is not just because of the delicious hamburgers, of course there other reasons such as incredible atmosphere, good service and reasonable prices.

Hard Rock Café Amsterdam ! Like all other Hard Rock Cafes, Hard Rock Cafe Amsterdam has a very good location. While we were trying to find "I amSTERDAM" we came across to Hard Rock Cafe !

I met with this amazing fast food restaurant and cafe chain almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately there is no any Hard Rock Café in Turkey. I think that I’ve to do its franchising in Turkey or at least I need to help somebody in order to bring this big brand to Turkey. Due to the fact that there is no Hard Rock Café in Turkey, it’s discovered by me a little bit late. Although my discovery is too late, fortunately I’ve seen it in different cities such as Rome, Florence, Amsterdam, Prague, Barcelona, and Paris. In addition I tasted its legendary burgers in Prague, I bought some souvenirs from Paris and I’ve spent some time in Hard-Rock Café Rome. I would like to have a dinner in Hard Rock Café Barcelona however we couldn’t succeed it because it was too much crowded.

Even it was too cold, the cafe was very crowded like always !

INFO - Hard Rock Cafe is a chain of theme restaurants founded in 1971 by Americans Peter Morton & Isaac Tigrett in London. In 1979, the cafe began covering its walls with rock and roll memorabilia, a tradition which expanded to others in the chain. In 2007, Hard Rock was sold to the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and is headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Currently, there are 150 Hard Rock locations in 53 countries with the largest in Orlando.

Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona - This amazing city and this amazing cafe are together !

Our main subject is its foods and drinks. Thanks to its menu in a wide variety, you will not have any difficulty while you are making your selection. According to your appetite you can order what you want. My favorites are its legendary burgers. OK, some people can think that preparing a hamburger is not a thing very complicated and it can be seen that it’s an easy thing to serve delicious hamburgers. You are right if you are talking about the hamburgers of Mc Donald’s or Burger King but not hamburgers of Hard Rock Café. It’s totally different from others. Ample ingredients, fresh components and great combinations!

In Italy, currently there are 3 Hard Rock Cafe, in Rome, in Florance and in Venice. This picture was taken in Florance. It was opened not so much time ago. With the atmosphere in the city with full of Renaissance culture, enjoy the delicious tastes, and very good music !

Besides the foods, it’s possible to have lots of different alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks in Hard Rock Cafes. From the typical beers to wines, from whiskeys to vodkas there are numerous different types of drinks can be ordered in Hard Rock Café.

Hard Rock Cafe Paris- With one word, it's incredible !!

This picture was taken by me in Paris. This is the inside of the Cafe. As it seems, it's so amazing. This cafe is offering an atmosphere with good music, delicious tastes and memoraials of famous singers and music groups.

What’s more, its souvenirs! I’m feeling myself so lucky when I put on the T-shirt of Hard Rock Café Paris. There are small souvenirs like key holders, glasses, guitar pins as well. The prices of the souvenirs are expensive a little bit however; you can buy one small object in order to remember this good memory.

Hard Rock Cafe - Prauge.

INFO 2 - Hard Rock Cafe is known for its collection of rock and roll memorabilia. The cafes solicit donations of music memorabilia but also purchase a number of items at auctions around the world, including autographed guitars, costumes from world tours and rare photographs are often to be found mounted on cafe walls. The collection began in 1979 with an un-signed Red Fender Lead II guitar from Eric Clapton, who was a regular at the first restaurant in London. Clapton wanted management to hang the guitar over his regular seat in order to lay claim to that spot, and they obliged. This prompted Pete Townshend of The Who to give one of his guitars, also un-signed with the note "Mine's as good as his! Love, Pete." Hard Rock's archive includes over 70,000 items and was briefly displayed in a Hard Rock museum named "The Vault" in Orlando, Florida from January 2003 until September 2004. After the closure, items were disbursed to various restaurant locations. The London Vault remains open and free to visitors, located near the original cafe. In 2005, Deep Purple launched its new album Rapture of the Deep in Hard Rock Cafe London. This show at the release party itself was released as a DVD.

Hard Rock Cafe Prague - With the legendary burgers, we ordered the typical beer type of Prague. It was so tasty. Besides the world-wide beer brands, it's possible to find some typical ones. My favorite starter is this: Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta Fresh diced Roma tomatoes marinated with chopped garlic, fresh basil, and aged Balsamic vinegar on olive oil toasted, sliced Ciabatta bread. Topped with parsley, grated Romano, and shaved Parmesan cheese.

Hard Rock Cafe Prague - Delicious hamburger and beer !! By the way, be careful ! Due to the fact that in Czech Republic, different currency is used (Koruna), don't be confused and don't leave too much tip! :)
