Homemade Hamburger

If you would like to get rid of the hamburgers of Mc Donald’s, Burger King, this post is exactly for you! Are you ready to eat really delicious Hamburgers!? My claim is that; Hamburgers are not only the object of the Fast Food eating style; without any doubt, it can be also the main course of your dinner. It can be eaten without any rush, slowly. I tried to eat in that way in my flat, and I saw that it works. 

Homemade Hamburgers! It sounds good, however do not exaggerate it because of the high calorie content!! And attention! Before starting I have to say that this post will make you feel hungry! Thanks to this post, maybe you will not make the best hamburger however I can guarantee you to eat one of the most delicious one. First of all, what our ingredients for the burger mix, here is the recipe !  
  
So the question is that "how we gonna make it?"
The making of the burger mix is not difficult, just it takes a little bit time. Firstly you need to cook the onions with the olive oil. Put some oil on the pan on a low heat and cook the chopped onions until the color become pink.  Then you need to wait for cooling them. At the same time, you can crumble the slices of the bread. Then, Put the cooled onions into a large bowl with the rest of the burger ingredients. You have to obtain a good mixture. For that reason, you can use your hands in order to scrunch the mixture together really well. Finally, divide them into 6 equal balls for burgers. Every ball should be rolled until obtaining 2 cm thickness. Your mix is now ready.


 While you are cooking the burgers on the pan (don't forget not with the high heat), you can cook also your bacon a little bit. With bacon, the taste of the hamburger becomes amazing!
 Time of cooking
You can make these burgers on the barbecue or in a hot pan. If you’re using the oven or barbecue, preheat it now. I prefer eating the meat not well-cooked, because I think that feeling the real taste is only possible if you are eating it a little bit raw. However you can prepare your meat according to your own preferences.
For the bread, instead of preparing them at home, I bought them from the supermarket. 
 Sauces
According to preference, some kinds of sauces can be added into your hamburger. Generally, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard are used in order to enhance the taste. However, some people prefer to eat their hamburgers with hot or spicy sauce as well.
In my opinion, the ketchup is of the main component of the hamburgers. Generally for also other kind of foods, in the case of using it without exaggerating, it contributes to the general taste of the food, and I love it. Mayonnaise: I like Mayonnaise also very much however, while consuming it, we need to be careful due to the high calorie content.
Mustard: For me, it is the main ingredient of the delicious hamburger. The taste of the beef with mustard is very good. 
 Pickle & Special Sauce (Spicy Mayo)
4 teaspoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup, a good pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne pepper, juice of ½ a lemon
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Cheese: Cheddar cheese is generally used for the hamburgers. According to the region, some other kinds of cheeses can be used as well. for example, hamburger with mozerella is very tasty. I recommend you to taste it.
Lettuce:  It gives a fresh taste to your heavy hamburger. Just it should be clean.
Bacon: Actually we are very lucky, because in Italy you can find lots of different types of hams. According to your preference, you can add to your hamburger your favorite ham. Smoked streaky bacon can be a good choice.    
Pickle: Pickle can be also good choice in order to enhance the taste.
