Paul Bakery

Today I would like to talk about one of the most famous bakeries in the world. As you can easily guess, its name is “Paul”. It’s very old French bakery and thanks to its old history, it’s very well-known brand in the world. Almost all over the world, in the countries such as France, Spain, Belgium, United Kingdom, Holland, Czech Republic, Turkey, Greece, Romania, Morocco, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Japan, Taiwan, Jordan, Switzerland, China and the United States of America, it’s franchised. The old bakery now continues its existence as bakery-restaurant-cafe concept.

You can see the logo of the brand above.
Here in Italy, it’s impossible to find “Paul Bakery” in Italy due to the fact that Italy has its own typical bakeries sufficiently. It's very easy thing to easily some typical Italian bakeries (panificio), cake shops (pasticceria) and sandwich shops (paninoteca) everywhere. In other words, Italy is a country sustains its food culture with supporting its own food brands. Italian really give importance to this issue. Like some other famous brands such as KFC, Starbucks, these companies are not franchised in Italy.
On the contrary, in Turkey, you can see franchisees of Paul in some specific locations like all other famous brands.
The tastes are wonderful; however the prices are little bit expensive. They serve numerous types of different sandwiches, breads and also some kind of sweet cakes.
Paul Paris - While we were walking in order to reach Louvre, we came across to the "Paul".

In addition, luckily I had a chance to taste the delicious sandwiches in one of the franchisees of Paul in France, close to Louvre Museum. It was too cold and we were so hungry at this time and like street vendors, they were selling sandwiches from a vehicle. Before the visit of Louvre Museum, we thought that it was a good idea to eat something in order to get some energy. I am accepting that the prices were expensive however, in Paris what is cheap to eat? This is the question.
